Mahi Mahi’s Island Grill started as a dream of building something amazing for the Outer Banks.

Owners Andrew & Leslie Mikhail are proud to bring the Outer Banks a new restaurant where customers can expect an affordable menu, quality ingredients, and warm service, all a staple of the Outer Banks hospitality culture.

Mahi Mahi’s Island Grill is in Nags Head, North Carolina, centrally located in the Outer Banks, and it is opening was Thursday May 20th, 2021.
